How it works

How your contract comes together

From the first sentence to the signed version, you know at every step who is working on your contract and what it costs.

Five steps from request to Word file

  1. You describe what you need

You pick the document and answer questions about your company, the other party and what matters to you in the contract.

  2. You get a fixed price

Before work starts you receive a quote with a fixed amount, and the matter goes ahead only once you accept it.

  3. AI writes the draft

The first draft is written with AI on the basis of Swiss law, under the CO, the Civil Code or the FADP depending on the document.

  4. An attorney reviews and signs

An attorney listed in a cantonal bar register reads the draft, changes what does not fit and signs the final version by name.

  5. You receive the Word file

You receive the contract as a Word file in which every change the attorney made stays visible as a tracked change.

If your case needs more work

If it turns out during the work that your case needs more than the quote covered, you get a new quote before work continues, and the price never changes without your consent.

Sign-up in six steps

You accept the terms of service, the privacy policy and the mandate agreement, give your name, confirm your phone number with a six-digit code sent by text message and enter your company and its address, and your account is then ready for the first matter.

Your first contract starts with an account

You register yourself and your company in one flow and then describe your first matter, and you get the quote before anything is charged.
